2.Select Processes
3.Search IMPLUS.EXE Click end processes
4.Open windows explorer Type IMPLUS on address enter Delete foldername
5.start Menu>run type regedit Enter
6.registry editor select menu edit>find type IMPLUS Click find next delete allkey
7.restart Computer
